Contact New Path Family
This page is how to reach the nonprofit that publishes this site. There is a short form above, and there is an email address: info@newpathfamily.com. A person reads both and a person answers.
New Path Family is the public name of New Path Couples Therapy, Inc., a California nonprofit public benefit corporation and a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity. EIN 87-0816107. California Registry of Charities No. CT0277447. 3880 S. Bascom Ave., Suite 216, San Jose, CA 95124.
What you can write to us about
Anything to do with the free material: a course you cannot open, a worksheet that is wrong, a topic we have missed, or permission to use our pages with the people you teach or care for. We are glad to say yes to that last one.
You can also ask us for the newsletter, or ask to hear about ways to support the charity later on. Neither is required for anything, and you can unsubscribe whenever you like.
You do not have to fill in the form to use anything we publish. Every course and every worksheet is open right now, with no sign-up and no fee.
If you are looking for professional care
This organization does not provide therapy. It does not employ clinicians, take clients or bill anyone. Licensed psychotherapy, assessment and coaching are provided by New Path Family of Therapy Centers, Inc., a separate California professional corporation under common leadership with this nonprofit. It is a paid service, neither organization owns the other, and this nonprofit receives no payment for referrals. That relationship is set out in full on our About page.
If you tell us you are looking for therapy, an assessment or coaching, we pass what you have told us to that practice so someone there can respond to you, and we say so on the form before you continue. If you use this site only for the free material, nothing you tell us reaches them.
What happens to what you send
We keep what you send us so we can answer you, and we do not sell it, rent it or trade it. This organization is not a healthcare provider and is not a HIPAA covered entity, so anything you write here is not a medical record. Please do not send anything highly sensitive through a web form. The detail is in our privacy policy and terms of use, and you can ask us to delete what we hold at any time.
If you are in crisis
We are not a crisis service and we cannot respond to emergencies. If you or someone you love is in danger right now, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), text HOME to 741741, or call 911.
Free resources, open right now
You do not need us for any of this. Five self-paced programs and hundreds of printable worksheets are open in the Learning Center, browsable in the worksheet library, and indexed page by page in the content library. There is more about who we are and how we are funded on our About page.
