Worksheet Library

359 worksheets you can read, print or fill in, free, with no account and no sign-up. The Worksheet Library is published by New Path Family, the public name of New Path Couples Therapy, Inc., a California nonprofit public benefit corporation and a 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 87-0816107. Everything here is free because publishing it is what the charity is for.

The library sits alongside the five free programs in the Learning Center: The Neurodivergent Brain, The Neurodiverse Couple, The Autistic Woman, Parenting Autism and The Adult ADHD Course. There is more about the organization on our About page, and answers to the questions we are asked most often on our FAQ page.

How the library works

The worksheets are grouped into 16 categories, and most categories are split again into smaller topics. Open a category to see everything in it, or type into the search box at the top of the page - the search reads titles, descriptions and keywords, so plain phrases such as meltdown, boundaries or cannot start tasks will find the right page.

Every worksheet opens on its own page. You can work through it on screen or print it. Nothing is held back for a paid tier, because there is no paid tier, and you do not have to give us an email address to read any of it.
