PARENTING AUTISM
A free, self-paced course for parents of autistic and ADHD kids — and for parents who are wired the same way.
Parenting a neurodivergent child doesn’t come with a map. Twenty-two short modules — written by therapist-parents who get it — help you understand your child’s brain, survive the hard moments, and take care of yourself, too. No fixing. No judgment. Just a kinder lens.

Built by a team that works with autism parents every day.
This course comes out of the Parenting Autism Therapy Center and the wider New Path Family of Therapy Centers, where clinicians, advocates, and researchers sit with parents of autistic and ADHD kids week after week. Parenting Autism is the course we wished existed when our families first came looking for answers — written by people who do this work, many of them parents and neurodivergent themselves.
Real research Every module is research-grounded — and names where the evidence on parenting autistic kids is still catching up.
A 22-module course about understanding your child’s mind — and finally having words for what your family is living.
Each module covers one topic in depth — what is happening in your child’s brain, what it looks and feels like, why it happens, and what actually helps.
Who this is for: parents and caregivers of autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD kids and teens — roughly ages 2 to 18 — including parents who are neurodivergent themselves. Whether your child has a diagnosis or you just have a quiet sense of it, you belong here. Grandparents, stepparents, and every kind of caregiver are welcome too.
What happens inside a module.
Every module follows the same six-step arc. About 20–30 minutes, start to finish.
